# Show me a successful new leader and I'll show you their 100-day plan.

Those first hundred days are critical for a new leader. Contributing to their success is a fantastic HR professional supporting them during this crucial time. While you've got their back, we've got yours.

As a part of your executive assimilation and onboarding SOPs, gift this practical toolkit to your leaders as they begin their new role.

Great adventures start with a roadmap. And this toolkit is the right companion to guide them with models, checklists, and powerful leadership tools. The leader will:

- **Navigate their ecosystem** to effectively engage key stakeholders
- **Communicate and cascade the organization's** **strategy** in a meaningful way to the team
- **Consistently model the organization's culture and values** in their actions and behaviors

# Prepare them for greatness.

You got this.
We've got you.
